Have you ever wanted to start a meditation practice but don’t know how to get started?
V will introduce you to some of the foundations of mindfulness and meditation techniques, discuss the differences between these methods of contemplation, and guide you step-by-step in choosing a practice right for you and your current lifestyle.
Included will be short periods of gentle yoga stretching and breathing exercises that can be done in a chair or standing.
Chairs will be provided.
Please bring a blanket.
